Terms and Conditions

A 10% Deposit is required to hold a vehicle with a $2500 minimum deposit required.

The deposit will hold the vehicle for a 30 day period. After the 30 day period, if the balance of the sales price for the vehicle is not paid, the deposit will be forfeited. All sales must be completed within 30 days from date of deposit. Terms may change without notice. Other restrictions may apply.

Terms of Sale

1. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
   Payment - Bank Wire, Certified Check or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only.
    

2. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

3. Buyer's Inspection - Every effort was made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle. Our Dealership has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle. Please be advised that used vehicles will have some dings and scratches inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Our dealership welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to purchasing. Buyer is responsible for any inspection fees.
    

4. Shipping - The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact us if you would like us to help assist in finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our dealership. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company.
    

5. Warranty - Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details
    

6. Deposit- Deposit will be 10% of vehicle sale price but no less than $2500.00. Deposit will hold vehicle for 30 days Only. After 30 days the deposit will be forfeited and vehicle will be relisted for sale.
